Hello All!

I am a 19 year old New Hampshire girl down in Tennessee for college and I've been looking around for a chapter who would want to add a pink hatter.  Anyone on here from Tennessee (perhaps even around the Knoxville area?)

From past posts, I know that the best way to find a chapter would be to create my own, but I haven't met too many people as of yet (I've been here around 2.5 months so far).  Any suggestions?

What a great concept! Hi, my name is Leila and i'm a 19 yr old *sigh, single* bella living in sunny Florida. It would be nice if there was an org somewhere close, the red hat society spreads such a beautiful message, it should be passed onto us Gen-y'ers!!! Thanx for creating such an organization!

Pink is destined to be me... [Sep. 7th, 2005|12:09 am]
The Pink Hat Society
Hello everyone. I'm Lauri, 22, married and am in love with the rhs. I know i'm a pink hatter and still am trying to find a chapter to call home. Unfortunetly I have had a hard time finding a chapter because no one wants me to be the youngest in the group at 22. Meh...it doesn't matter....Just wanted to say hi to all you lovely ladies.

I'm excited to be a member of this blog.
My friend Shannon and I, were born to be Red Hats!
We going to start our own chapter soon, but right now, we're looking around and planning.
We're both 18 and want to make our pink hat chapter more 'trendy' (if you will) so we can draw more young members.
We wanted into to have a sorority feel to it, without the popular contest of a sorority.
What do you ladies think?
I'd love to hear about your chapter and how you started it up!

see my profile picture, to check out one of my pink hats!

new here! [Jul. 8th, 2005|09:59 pm]
The Pink Hat Society

hello everyone!

I'm very excited about the concept of a society excusively for women!

The only problem I can say that I might have with joining a group like (rhs)
is the usual "status" thing.

In my opinion, the older women get, the more 'status' oriented we become.
So, for example, if you are someone with meager or moderate means, who doesn't
drive a lexus or a bmw, or own your own home, and your are over 35, I wonder if
a person would get a turned up nose from being allowed to join a group like this?

Any experiences positive or negative please share.
